Not a Free Ride

From the first U.S. State Department posting about an evacuation plan to Cyprus being in the works, they mentioned that it is NOT a free ride. You will have to sign a promissory note and you will be billed at a later date.

Jared told me yesterday that the paper he signed does not specify how much it is, but that if he doesn't pay it in 90 days, he will have his passport suspended.

?!?

Okay, maybe your tax dollars shouldn't be funding our evacuations. Instead, it should go to making the bombs and funding the army that brought about this situation in the first place.

So many ironies.

ok- i swear i just saw something on the news about a decision being made to not charge for the boat trip to cyprus.

just like you have been saying,

"A nation that can provide more than $300 billion for a war in Iraq can provide the money to get its people out of Lebanon," Pelosi said.
