The Evacuation is Bad--in a nutshell
Let's reiterate:
The evacuation is inhumane. It's a green light for Israel to destroy Lebanon and kill its people.
They aren't going to successfully get out all the foreigners. Americans will die in what comes.

Can you stop your histrionics already? You're becoming ridiculous and undermining the credibility of your cause. True, there is a crisis, but there are multiple parties involved here. Israel is neither the only evil nor SOLELY evil. So stop portraying it that way, please! You're no better than those who Other others and call them axes of evil, etc. And of course, Hizbolla, Syria, Iran, etc. do have a great deal of responsibility in what's going on as well. By the way, even before Israel came in in 1982, you may recall, Lebanon was unstable and raging with its own civil war. You're being way too hypocritical in getting on a boat and then saying we should stop the boats. This is NOT they way to implement peace. And peace IS what many people, on both sides of the border, want.
This is Jane's blog and she is portraying it the way Jane sees it. And I think it is hard for someone that is not there to say she is become ridiculous and undermining anything. And, Jane is being hypocritical because she doesn't want to die? Interesting....
of course she doesn't want to die - so then she shouldn't want to stop the boats, because that could mean letting others dies. either way, there will be casualties, and this is what's so sad and frustrating about the situation. but does it help to bite the hand being extended to you?
I can understand that the people doing the evacuation don't want to hear "complaints" however, I have learned that what sounds like a complaint may just be constructive criticism... or real, honest emotion. All are valid. Please, let's all just work together the best we can. And don't make fun of Jane! KB
