Jane is in Amman, Jordan

So, since Jane always thinks outside the box, she decided to make her way to Amman, Jordan. She arrived there a while ago and is in a hotel close to the airport. She should be arriving in Houston sometime tomorrow. I am sure she will post as soon as she can.

Diana, This is the best news I've heard in a long, long time. I am singing for joy that that she has safely made it out of Lebanon.

Jane, I look forward to seeing you soon, learning about your trip out and catching up with an old friend.

Godspeed,
Kate Griffin

"Then they cried out to the LORD in their trouble, and he brought them out of their distress. He stilled the storm to a whisper; the waves of the sea were hushed. They were glad when it grew calm,
and he guided them to their desired haven. Let them give thanks to the LORD for his unfailing love and his wonderful deeds for men."

Psalm 107:28-31

Praise the Lord you are on your way to safety. Those who are still there (on both sides of the border) are just as much in His hands as you are now. And there is no place more safe than with and in Him. I am sure you have served Him with honor by pouring yourself into the lives of your students and friends. That part of you will surely remain in them, as will the love of Christ that you have poured into their lives. We look forward to hearing of your safe return, and we raise our prayers in harmony that He would bring you home on the wings of eagles, and that God would bring a miracle of peace to the region, that He would wash away all the fires of war with healing waters of His Spirit.

It's too bad you're not dead yet.

No one listen to the hateful and ugly people who live sad and miserable lives. Just feel sorry for the people who are realted to him because you know he has no friends.

I find a few of the later comments to be quite insulting. Jane has done a fine job. It is tough to go through what she went through. And she opened her heart. Nobody expects perfection in an online journal such as this.

Hey Jane!

God is so good to see you through, his mercies and new every morning and great is his faithfulness to you.

So happy to hear that you are coming home!

This morning the intercessors prayed for you and your family. The comfort, peace, protection and the wisdom of God as you arrive and spent time with freinds and love ones. You are remembered, loved and God will use this experience to glorify his name and grow you some more.

Blessings,
Lyssa
