HRW referred to the 755 Israeli victims of suicide bombings carried out by Palestinians during the second Intifada as crimes against humanity, while the 4,322 Palestinian civilians who have been killed by Israeli soldiers and civilian settlers, the land confiscations, house demolitions and 11,000 prisoners has not led this organization to use the same terms.
